Does Brexit change anything for shipping into the EU?

“All sales of goods abroad are now treated as exports.
The recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country they are sending to and the value of the item.

Customs charges: items sent from Great Britain to the EU are subject to VAT and duties in the EU as follows:

Until 1 July 2021, commercial goods sent to the EU with a value between €10 and €150 may be subject to import VAT and may incur a handling fee in the receiving country.

Commercial goods sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a handling fee.”

The price you paid to us for your order does not include any EU-related VAT, customs or handling fees. It includes the UK taxes that we pay to our government, and your shipping fee covers what it costs us to send it to you.

Any fees or bill you pay on your side, cannot be reimbursed, however we appreciate that you might not have been expecting it and you’ve decided you don’t want to pay that bill. In that case, the parcel will be returned to us and we are more than happy to issue a refund of the item cost only, once the parcel is returned. This may take 1-3 months.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide, please enter your address at checkouts for rates!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns when there is a fault in the item so please check measurements at checkout.

Can I amend any part or my order?
Please always double (even triple) check all your information is correct before buying as we cannot amend your postage address.

When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a dispatch email with your tracking number. Working days are from Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be sent on the next working day. We ship using Royal Mail and will require a signature (within the UK). All parcels can be tracked :)
